More than 80 lakh students are expected to take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), which is necessary for admission to the country’s 53 central universities. As a result, when compared to other national-level admission examinations, competition will be severe. You do not need to take time off to study for the CUET. Instead, going over key concepts from domain classes up to class 12 and focusing on improving your general aptitude and reasoning ability will be enough to get you through the test with flying colors. The test will take place in July 2022.

What is CUET 2022?

CUET is the most important test for 2022. Students who want to study at a central university must first sit for and apply for this test. It will be held in July 2022. The exam dates have not yet been announced, but they will take place in the coming week. Keep checking the NTA’s official website for the most up-to-date exam dates.

The test will be held in 547 Indian cities as well as 13 sites outside of India.

Is CUET Difficult?

CUET is not a challenging exam. As long as you are well-versed in general knowledge and your native language. Make sure you read your NCERT textbooks thoroughly for your domain courses. Quantitative and other linguistic abilities will develop naturally as a result of this.

CUET Paper Pattern

Knowing the CUET Exam Pattern is essential for increasing your level of preparedness. The most current notification is that the Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG) 2022) would be divided into four sections:

Section 1 A: Thirteen Languages

Section 1 B: 19 Different Languages

Section 2: Domain-specific evaluation (Have to choose 6 from 27 domains)

Section 3: General examination

You can choose one language paper from any of the 13 languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarathi, Bengali, Assamese, Punjabi, Odia, and English in sections 1 and 2.

Central Universities considering CUET include Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Jamia Millia Islamia, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Aligarh Muslim University, Banaras Hindu University, Sikkim University, Mizoram University, Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Central Univerity of Kerala, etc.

1. Read & Write

You can refer to the Hindu or the Times of India newspapers to improve your English language. Reading, listening, and speaking English are required to perform well on the CUET Exam’s Section 1A: language test paper.

2. Manage your time

Managing your time will help you score for the CUET exams. Remember that sticking to a strict study plan will help you manage Boards Exams and CUET Together and pass with flying colors.

3. Choose Subjects You Like

You must select subjects that you find intriguing and that you like learning.  Choose your domain subjects wisely. As you will do well if you like the subject.

4.. Make a Vocabulary List

Make a list of words for your vocabulary. You can also use flashcard apps on your android phone.

5. Make a list of Colleges and Courses

Before you start preparing for the exam, you should make a list of institutions or courses to which you want to apply. Make sure you research your universities and the courses they offer.
