Facts about the UPSC EPFO Exam
The UPSC EPFO exam is a two-phase recruitment process. 75% of the weightage will be given to the written examination and 25% of the weightage will be given to the interview.
The maximum number of marks allotted to the UPSC EPFO exam is 300 marks and the interview is 100 marks. The final merit list is therefore prepared out of 400 marks. The duration of this test is 2 hours and the number of questions is 150.
Since there is a penalty for answering wrong answers, one-third of marks will be deducted from the candidate’s aggregate numbers.
Since the candidature of the candidates is provisional until the appointment. They are asked to submit their original documents when they are called for an interview.

EPFO: Benefits
The Enforcement Officer is well compensated. The officer’s position is permanent and falls under Level-8 in the Pay Matrix as per the 7th CPC, General Central Service Group “B,” Non-Ministerial. The total salary (without TA, HRA, and other allowances) is INR 53312/-.
Candidates who are appointed as enforcement officers/accounts officers receive excellent benefits and allowances in addition to their pay. The perks and allowances differ depending on the officer’s posting location.

The enforcement officer serves a variety of functions in the Employment Provident Fund Organization.
