Amulakh: I am Amulakh Barot, B.SC (Fire & Safety) & Diploma Health Safety and Environment, Working as Asst. Manager HSE in Larsen & Toubro (Oman) LLC and I be appearing in 2018 UPSC Civil Services Exam.
UPSC Pathshala: Did you finish your course with UPSC pathshala?
Amulakh: Yes, I’ve finished studying from all the video lectures provided by UPSC PATHASHALA. Apart from that, the mentor has recommended me some books of particular authors which are good for one’s knowledge and understanding. Thoroughly enjoying the preparation.
UPSC Pathshala: How were your sessions with your mentor?
Amulakh: Ms. Kamakshi is always holding a cane in her hand. This helps quite a lot since I tend to become loose intermittently. She’s always helpful, her guidance injects positivity and zeal. Solving and guiding any in case of any query or difficulty.
UPSC Pathshala: How helpful was your mentorship?
Amulakh: Being a new chap in in this field and working professional as well, without her proper guidance could not be reached up to this level.
UPSC Pathshala: Did you take any tests in your course period?
Amulakh: I’ve attended four mock test of so far. Hope to do better in days to come.
UPSC Pathshala: Were you able to grasp from the video lectures?
Amulakh: These video lectures make me confident enough that I could crack this exam with proper preparation, I had taken the decision to join UPSC PATHASHALA by watching 2 videos and will sure that with this and proper preparation will be cracking the exam.
UPSC Pathshala: Approximately how much time did you spend in watching video lectures during your study sessions?
Amulakh: It took approximately more than 2 and Half months to get the basic idea of all subjects.
UPSC Pathshala: Did you prepare study notes? How helpful was notes preparation for your studies?
Amulakh: I have prepared study notes word to word from lecture. The notes are prepared in such way that, during reading or revision the speech flow of ATUL SIR. AMAZING !!!
UPSC Pathshala: Did UPSC Pathshala make your Civil Services Examination preparation easier than the traditional methods of preparation?
Amulakh: Of course! This learning method and writing on board is excellent. It reminds school days, when the teacher used to be toughening us. I am a very big fan of Atul Jain’s teaching. I would certainly like to meet him personally once I visit India for the 2018 Prelims.
UPSC Pathshala: Will you recommend UPSC Pathshala to other students?
Amulakh: Definitely, will recommend thousands of working professional in L&T who want to appear for UPSC exam.

Amulakh: More frequent updates in Current Affairs and while adding something on the portal an email notification about the same would be excellent.
