UPSC ESE 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
The applicant must be an Indian national, a Nepalese person, a Bhutanese person, or a Tibetan refugee who entered India before January 1, 1962.
Age Limit
On January 1, 2022, the applicants must be at least 21 years of age and no older than 30 years of age. To be eligible, they would have to be born between January 2, 1992, and January 1, 2001.
Educational Qualification
# To appear for the test, a candidate must have a degree in engineering/ university.
# An applicant who cleared the Graduate Membership Exam of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (India)
# An overseas university, college, or institution awarded aspirant, with an engineering degree or diploma.
# An applicant who has taken and completed an exam that qualifies him educationally for this exam but has not yet received news of the results may register for admission.
UPSC ESE 2022 Registration Process 2022
To be eligible for the IES Selection process, applicants must fulfil the following application:
Step 1: Candidates must apply online exclusively through the UPSC online website
Step 2: Search for the link that reads “Online Application for different UPSC examinations” on the webpage and click it.
Step 3: Select ‘New Users’ from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: A new window will open, prompting you to provide personal information.
Step 5: Fill in your name, parent’s names, gender, birth date, nationality, email, password, mobile number, and other information.
Step 6: Pay the application fee for the category you want to apply for.
