UPSC Age Relaxation
As per the official guidelines, the age limit of the candidate should be from 21 to 32 years and for UPSC CSE 2021 the official statement explains that he/she must be born not earlier than 2nd August 1989 and not later after 1st August 2000.

Below are the reservations and eligibility criteria for the examination.
Eligibility based on Education Qualification
# The minimum qualification for the exam is the candidate must have a degree from z government recognised university or possess the equivalent qualification.
# Candidates can appear for Prelims who are in their final year or are waiting for the results in their final year. They have to show proof of who is appearing for the exam and also produce the passed results with Mains application.
# Candidates who are having a technical degree recognised by the government and equivalent to professional and technical degrees.
# Candidates who have passed the final year of MBBS and yet to complete their internship are also eligible. However, they should submit a certificate of course completion along with the internship from the concerned authority.
Eligibility Based on Nationality
For IAS and IPS
The candidate must be a citizen of India
All other Services
# A person should be either a citizen of India or a subject of Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugee who have come and settled in India permanently after 1st January 1962.
# Candidates of Indian Origin (PIO) who are from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries like Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Ethiopia, Malawi, Kenya, Vietnam and Zaria, should permanently settle in India.
# Candidates who belong to categories (2), (3), (4) and (5) should have an eligibility certificate issued by the government and they should get an appointment only after the government has given the certificate.
# Candidates who are belonging to (2), (3), (4) and (5) are not eligible for IFS or Indian Forest Service.
