The CMS or Combined Medical Services Examination is conducted by the UPSC or Union Public Service Commission for the posting as a medical officer and in various organisations such as Indian Railways, New Delhi Municipal Council, Indian Ordnance Factories and Municipal Corporation of Delhi which is functioning under the government of India.
The CMS releases the notifications for the examination in the month of April and the exam is conducted in the month of July. UPSC CMS 2021 Application Form
#Aspirants have to follow these steps to apply for the CMS examination
#Go to the official site of the UPSC which is upsc.gov.in
#Then, click on the 2021 UPSC CMS link which is there in the examination section
#There will be a page popping up and there click on the application link
#Fill in the application details and make the payment for the application fees, then click on submit.
#The application form will be submitted
#The page will give you a confirmation page, download it and keep a hard copy for future reference.

These are all MCQ questions that will have four options and the negative marking is one-third of the marks. If two or more answers are given by the aspirant, it will be considered as the wrong answer and there will be no negative marking for unanswered questions.

Eligibility Criteria
#Nationality:- Subject of Bhutan or Nepal, Citizen of India and some Tibetan refugees, an individual of Indian origin who has departed from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or East African Countries of Kenya, Ethiopia, the United Republic of Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zaire, Malawi or from Vietnam with the expectation of permanently settling in India.
#Age:- Must not have accomplished the age of 32 years with relaxations for several classifications like ST, SC and OBC.
#Educational Qualifications:- Passed the practical and written components of the last MBBS Examination.

The exam is objective type and is written with two papers and the duration of the exam is two hours. Candidates need to set their time and should have proper time management.
