From the given statements, eight persons are sitting in a row AB facing north at multiple of 6 from left end so remaining distance from the right end will be 3m. And the sitting positions of the persons are based on the given information-
Q & D – Q is fourth to the left of D
R % S – Two person sit between R and S

P @ T – P is second to the right of T
M * T – M is to the left of T
