Upcoming Government Exam 2021 Preparation Plan
General Knowledge Section
This is a crucial topic in these examinations, so don’t take it lightly. Study NCERT books on Geography (Class 6 to 12), History (Class 6 to 12), Science (Class 6 to 10), and Social Science to prepare well. Regular reading of two or more newspapers, such as the Hindustan Times, Times of India, and The Hindu, is required. Test papers from prior years should be practised.
Read about prizes and their disciplines, Nobel Prize winners, Bharat Ratna Awardees, discoveries and inventions, country currencies and capitals, notable days and events, and India’s famed national parks and wildlife reserves.
Logical Reasoning Section
All of these competitive examinations have a component of reasoning that is highly significant. Unfortunately, it is completely removed from school and college instruction; as a result, applicants who are preparing for government employment examinations fail to acquire this talent.
Candidates’ mental power and judgement abilities are assessed in logical reasoning, which is one of the most scoring parts where using your presence of mind and a few techniques may get you complete marks. The questions in this part are challenging, but if properly rehearsed, they will take less time.
Furthermore, don’t attempt questions if you’re not sure whether there’ll be negative grading, and start with the simple ones because they’ll take less time. Coding and Decoding, Data Sufficiency, Seating Arrangements, Blood Relations, Number Series, and Directions are all important topics to study for this part.
Quantitative Aptitude Section
This section contains multiple-choice questions. In most situations, incorrect replies are marked negatively. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to preparing for this section. Because questions may be posed from anywhere, it’s critical to keep the core notion clear. Interpretation of the data, Profit and Loss, Simplification, Time and Work, Simple Interest and Compound Interest, and so on are all important chapters.
English section
The most essential thing is to improve your grammar and vocabulary skills. Pronoun, Tense, Noun, Synonym/ Antonym, and Cloze Test should all be covered in the first month. Do the following in the second month: Verb, Interjection, Adverb, and Preposition. Do the following in the third section: subject-verb agreement, idioms and phrases, participle, infinitive, and gerund.
