UPSC APFC Notification 2021
Recently UPSC has disclosed the cutoff marks for the 2016 exam. The exam commenced on 10 January 2016. The cutoff for the exams are as follows:

Candidates are selected for various posts of UPSC APFC is done in two ways:
# Direct recruitment through the exam
# Indirectly recruited through the promotion of group B enforcement officers or account officers.

The selection procedure of the UPSC APFC exam is conducted in four phases:

Written Test
The written test includes two papers: General English and General Studies. Total 2 hours is given for the commencement of both parts and include objective types of questions. For every right answer 1 mark would be given and for 1 wrong 1/3rd marks would be deducted.

UPSC APFC Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who want to apply for the exam need to fulfil the eligibility criteria of the exam as stated by the Union Public Service Commission.
Nationality
A candidate must be either:
# A Citizen of India
# A Subject of Nepal and Bhutan
# A Tibetan refugee (01, January 1962).
# A person of Indian origin migrated from any of the following countries with the intention of permanent settling in India.
Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African countries such as Kenya, Uganda, the united republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam |

Educational Background
There are two levels of educational qualification.
Compulsory Qualification
# A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any of the disciplines from an affiliated university or any educational institution.
Note:
#1. Qualifications are relaxable in the case of well-qualified candidates
#2. Qualifications are also relaxable in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST if there are not sufficient candidates of the communities for the post to fulfil the reserved seats.
Preferred Qualifications
# Bachelor’s degree in Law or Integrated five years degree in Law |
# Masters in Business Administration |
# Post-Graduate Diploma in Management/ Company Secretary/Chartered Accountant/Cost and Management Accountant. |
# Two years of experience in Administration, Account, Legal matters in any government organization or a private one. |
