In the video, the District Magistrate was observed disrupting a wedding function at Manikya Court, a wedding hall at the North Gate of the Palace Compound. 

# The video illustrated the IAS officer reaching the wedding hall and pleading people to empty the premises instantly for allegedly disobeying the COVID-19 regulations as the Agartala Municipal Council (AMC) had assessed a curfew after 10 pm due to the increasing COVID-19 cases in the area.
